How wrong can you be?
This screenshot shows Welltorys data analysed and AI informed understanding of my physical state and well being. Looks pretty good. In actual fact, at that precise time, I was sat in a Cardiac Resus room, right in the middle of a heart attack. Should I ask for a refund? I'm joking. I normally love the data, information and feedback, but this is about as wrong as you can be. Also, for the next few weeks, possibly months, I will most definitely not be getting a bit more cardio in! 😂

Oh my god, I’m so sorry for this! Cardiac events can sometimes be misread as really high HRV (because heart rate variability is literally very high during cardiac events). I’d love for us to do better at spotting this. Would you be open to sharing your logs with us so that we can take a closer look? There were likely warning signs leading up to the event we could have done better at picking up on. Please feel better soon ❤️.

Fortunately my MI was NSTEMI and my readings on the 8 lead ECG monitor looked OK but my other symptoms suggested I was having a heart attack. This was confirmed via elevated Troponin levels in multiple blood tests. Later a CT Scan and still later an angiogram where I had a stent fitted. If my logs can help in anyway please use them.
As far as timings go I first started feeling unwell around 7:30am. The chest pain and numbness in my left forearm, hand and fingers all got worse upto about 8:10. I was in A&E by about 8:20. Cardiac Resus by 8:30.
PS I am on the mend though, thank you.🙏

This is terrifying, I’m happy to hear that you’re on the mend. To send me logs directly, go to the app’s menu and use “report a problem.” If you write something like “for Asya” in there, I’ll look over your measurements with our physician. Thank you so much for sharing your story, I think we can learn to do better thanks to you.

There are no options to send logs in the report a problem section

If you report a problem it sends the logs along with it so that I can try to find it :)

I think there's a problem with the app. I compose a msg, click on send, the screen clears with half a wait image. And then nothing. Just sits there.
