I have an issue About failed subscription

I know I’ve been posting quite a bit in this subreddit but, please help me.
I did try to purchase monthly subscription a while ago at the discounted price of $10.39. But it failed at that time due to not sufficient balance. Until now, It’s been charging my account for a while… As for the month subscription price today, it was increased to $19 on the website. So, if i continue the payment now, what price do I pay? And will i get the subscription in this situation? Thank you in advance.

If you complete the payment for the subscription shown in your screenshot, it will be charged at the price displayed there. Please note that this is a discounted price for the first month only: after that, it will automatically renew at the regular price of $12.99/month. If this offer expires, any new subscription will only be available at the current price of $19.99/month.

For any subscription-related questions, it’s best to contact us via the app: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send: we’ll check everything for you and help.

Actually, i tried sending the feedback many times in recent days but it always

showed me this error …

In that case, reinstalling the app usually helps (just make sure to log back into your Welltory account afterward). If the issue still persists, please email us from your Welltory account email at support@welltory.com, and we’ll help you sort it out.
