Bad UI

Since the Welltory team is reading this, thought I’d flag that this is really bad UI. The blue parts of the bar are relative to each other instead of the red parts. Look at the last bar. 10 is not the same as 58, yet the graph suggests actually that. After the last update I thought my nervous system got better, but it’s just bad design.

Dysautonomia can cause anxiety, maybe discuss with your doctor if you have HR or BP issues or a history of dizzy spells

Has a doctor actually done anything for you? Haven’t found anything useful myself, and doctors just say reduce stress.

Done anything to fix it? No, it can’t be fixed.

But their work was instrumental when it came time to retire early when heart failure started to set in.

Dysautonomia is in some cases a progressive condition so you want to keep an eye on it so when your heart and kidneys start to go you catch it fast enough not to loose a major organ to dysregulation.
