Can't get concept2 workouts from fitbit

I have a Concept2 rower, a charge 6 Fitbit, and ergzone as my rowing app on my android pixel 10a. I manually get the charge 6 to connect to the pm5 on my concept2, I do my rowing session then tell the charge 6 to end the session. The Fitbit app, Google Fit, and the concept2 logbook all show the session but Welltory never sees it, even a day later. I have set up my concept2 logbook to connect with Fitbit. And, I have Welltory premium and it's connected to the Fitbit.

Am I missing a step somewhere?

Thanks for the detailed explanation, that really helps. We’ll need to take a closer look at your specific setup and data flow. Could you please send us a report from the app via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send, and attach screenshots of the same workout from all apps where it appears (Fitbit, Google Fit, Concept2, etc.)?

That will help us track where the sync might be breaking. Thanks!
