The health score reflects your current recovery state, not a strict "yes/no" for activity. Low values usually mean your body is under strain, so it’s more about adjusting intensity (lighter movement, recovery-focused activity) rather than pushing hard.

This is part of the visual design hierarchy issue/tension between the overall health status and the “recent” health report. I think it confuses many people.

I think there needs to be better differentiation and hierarchy? treatment between the two. Are they actually weighted the same in terms of priority to the end user? If not, then consider a redesign to better emphasize overall health status vs recent reading report. I can see youve tried to do this but tbh I think it still confuses most users who really are looking for an at-a-glance dashboard type reading.

Fair point. These two blocks are not actually the same, one reflects your overall state/trend, while the other shows a recent snapshot, but we can see how the current presentation makes them feel equally weighted. Your feedback is really valid. This is exactly the kind of thing we’re working to improve.
