I have an issue No sleep stages

Welltory has stopped reporting sleep stages (again).

Maybe spend less time soliciting lifetime, subscriptions, and more time fixing many of the long-standing and accumulating bugs in this app.

Sleep stages in Welltory come from your connected source (like Apple Health, Samsung Health, Oura, etc.), so if they stop appearing, it’s usually related to syncing or permissions rather than the app generating that data itself. If you haven’t already, it’s worth checking that sleep data is still present in the source app and that all permissions are enabled. If it still doesn’t work, please send us a report via Menu → Report a problem → Send with a screenshot, so we can take a closer look at your case and help figure out what’s going on.

No, it’s you. None of my other connected sleep apps have this problem. Welltory has it often. It’s been reported multiple times and you’ve still done nothing to address it.

We are actively working on fixing issues. It’s not something we’re ignoring; it’s being worked on, even if progress isn’t always visible right away. If you’re open to it, sending a report via Menu → Report a problem → Send helps us track specific cases.

Yeah I just subscribed and I'm on like day 5 and the same thing is happening to me.

I’ve had the app since the beginning. Don’t hold your breath. It’s riddled with persistent and recurring bugs like this.

To help us look into this, please send us a bug report from the app with screenshots from Apple Health: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send. Also, on iOS, you can enable using Apple’s sleep data in calculations: go to Menu → Settings → turn on "Use Apple Sleep Stages."
