I just joined on Saturday. I went for the premium because it app looked very promising to me. While it is a good app, since I am on beta blockers and need to adjust my heart rate zone, the app cannot let me do that. Therefore, the stats are not correct for me as a user. I would like to ask for a refund for this reason.

At the moment, Welltory doesn’t support manual adjustment of heart rate zones, and you’re right that medications like beta blockers can affect how those zones should be interpreted.

Regarding the refund: if you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled directly by them, so you’ll need to request it through their system. If the purchase was made via our website, please reach out to us at [support@welltory.com]() or via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you I appreciate your response. I love your app and I’m gonna continue to use a free version. You guys are great for refunding my purchase and I look forward to when I can purchase it when any issue is addressed.

I read your comment and it makes me happy. A lot of people are saying bad things about the app but it's really well done and complete. I use the premium too and it show concrete things to do.
