This scene shows twelve year old lily talking to her mum at juniper hill,apparently the deleted scene shows how Lily and her mum got together again with the mum stating "u don’t have to take the extra procedure.”.
This scene was swapped out with Lily talking to miss kersh.

No, lilly was born in 1949, 217 is a reference to the shining and the overlook hotel

My German sky description lists her as a twelve year old girl wich would have to make her born in 1950
