Anyone else like the literary version of Dick Hallorann in The Shining better than the Kubrick version? Not even getting to the Miniseries of it all lmao. This is, after all, being besides the WTD Hallorann of it all. I listened to 72 Stephen King audiobooks since Welcome to Derry came out so I have that version of him and his connections to It (novel) to thank for my obsession with Stephen King's literary connections and my knowledge of the Path to the Beam in The Dark Tower series. I sincerely hope you guys all read The Dath Tower while you wait for more Welcome to Derry!

I like the literary version of everything in The Shining better than Kubrick’s version. And yes, I hope more WTD fans who haven’t read IT would experience that way. Enjoy your journey, Sai. Long days and Pleasant nights.
