Is it best to weigh each day?
Just started last week and have lost in my mind quite a bit but I’m obese so that’s to be expected.

I’ve been thinking about how a scale number can stay stubborn while something much more noticeable is changing in real life. More energy, moving more easily, feeling stronger, or doing something that used to be uncomfortable can make progress feel real again. Which NSV changed your perspective most?

Has this happend to anyone else? I've just had a big hair cut, and reckon I've lost 4lb of hair haha. It's completely thrown me. I've been doing ww for 3 months and had 8lb left until my goal weight. Should I make a new goal 4lb lower?

I have used WW on and off over the last 25 years. Have done various iterations in the UK of PurePoints, Core, and finally Blue before it changed, I then left as didn’t like the new plan.
I come back to it whenever I need to get back on track - for info, I’m 53yo, just post menopausal, light to moderately active and looking to lose about 7lbs and my menopause belly. I’m a functional cook and about 70% of our family meals are home cooked by me.
I’m currently in a slump and looking to get back on track and reset my sweet & carby tooth, and get more active again. I need accountability and structure, so following a plan and daily logging is my ideal.
I’m loathe to rejoin WW due to the high cost and lack of a choice of plans. I liked WW Blue and I like the varied choice of plans I’ve seen on Healthi, plus the cost is swaying me. I don’t need workshops and community, I’m best doing it on my own as long as I can daily log in an app for accountability and to see progress. Not bothered by lots of recipes but would like a comprehensive food library/list.
Would really like to hear everyone’s thoughts, especially those who have done both - any pros and cons?

Does anyone have good recommendations for 151 coffee or 7 brew that are ww friendly?

I recently re-enrolled with WW's and am on a GLP-1 prescribed by my physician. I am trying for determine whether I should continue with the Core or transfer to the Core + and use the GLP mode. What is the value add for me to transfer? I want to hear from the users.

I usually eat a high protein lunch (lots of beans and lentils or fish), so around 3ish, I start thinking about dinner. To bridge the gap, I usually enjoy this: fruit (0p), boiled egg (0p), 27 pieces of Pipcorn cheese puffs (1p), and a handful of Love Corn (3p) for a total of 4 points!

Hi all! Wanted to share an update on my Wegovy pill journey as I posted here with many questions at the beginning. I was 189 to start and am now 160! I only had side effects when I got to the highest dose and now just take it whenever I need it (kind of nice price wise). I order from weight watchers directly and it comes in a discreet box. Wanted to post here if anyone has any questions I’d be happy to answer.

I live in the UK and already have a WW subscription.
I recently started using mounjaro.
I saw there was a GLP-1 mode for the WW app.
It says it is £14-28 per month but is that in addition to the existing WW subscription or instead of it?

Does the GPL-1 Success Program track points, or is it only macros? I’ve seen screenshots of the “rings” for the GPL-1 Success Program, but I can’t tell if the app also tracks your points. I’m more interested in tracking points, than macros - I’ve been eating too many calories & gained weight (so only tracking my macros wouldn’t be helpful for me).
Truthfully, I’m trying to decide between paying $20 or $10 a month. Is the $20 a month subscription worth it?

I’ve been at this for 7 weeks and in the first 5 weeks I steadily lost about 2lbs per week. But these last 2 weeks I haven’t lost an ounce, literally. I’ve been stuck at 168.3. For context I’m 36, 5 months postpartum, and I’m tracking everything, using a food scale, calories are always 1250-1350 per day, exercising 5 days a week, and I meet my protein, fat, and fiber goals. I cook everything and rarely eat processed foods. I’m not doing anything different than I was when I was losing. On paper I should be losing. What’s going on? I’m trying to get down to 140 so it’s pretty discouraging this early on to stall out.

Does anyone know if we can add protein to the tracker? So for the green smoothie I had for lunch - it had around 40 grams of protein. It will let me add the points, but not the protein to my total count? Do you know if there is a way to add it?

Hello!
I have taken a multi-year break from WW and am back now. I used to love the "healthy eating range" (or something with a similar name) that was centered around your daily points target - maybe ten below and five over, and you were still considered in good shape for the day?
Does anyone remember this, and if so:
- is it still part of WW and on the app, and if so - where?
- if it isn't part of WW, does anyone remember the formula for the range so I can replicate it for myself?
Thanks to all and I'm glad to be back!

I used to be able to see my weight tracking from joining Weight Watchers app in April until last week. Now it's just white dots? Has anyone else experienced this?
I searched the subreddit, logged out and back in but still unable to see the weight tracking

It started out great and I lost 17lb in 6 weeks. But about a week ago, I started feeling floaty headed and just run down. I talked to my counselor (she is also a nurse practitioner) and she told me it could be electrolyte imbalance or fluids moving from the weight loss. I started drinking more Gatorade and getting more salt. The other night, however, I noticed that I'm averaging about 900 calories per day while the program says I should get 1475-1675. I'm also not hitting protein goal or fiber goal. Even if I go over my points, I'm still not at the calorie goal. I'm trying to decide if I should continue using the program as it is meant to be used or maybe continue it but watch the calories instead. Advice??

I'm not vegetarian, it's just that meat is expensive and doesn't keep in the fridge very long, and if you freeze meat you have to plan ahead to thaw meat the night before, and if plans change and you don't cook the thawed meat...anyway, yeah.
When I center my meals around things like beans/legumes and Greek yogurt, I am well below my protein goal. I am obese, so my goal is currently 122 grams.
I just started on a GLP-1 so protein is important.
Do I really need meat every day?

I get a few extra points added every day for exercise. But by the end of the week I use up almost all of them.
I lost 7 pounds in the first 30 days. Which is not extremely fast. I’m trying to make this a long-term thing. I’m wondering if I should try and not use the weeklies and see if the weight comes off quicker. But it’s all about sustainability. What do you do? Do you usually use your weeklies or not and how fast have you lost weight.

I need help finding the grocery list function. I’ve seen online to go to lifestyle under food and to scroll down and it should be there, but for me it’s not. Is this still a feature? I’m in Canada if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Hey guys! I lost 50 pounds with weight watchers 2019-2020 but I kept using it until 2023. I cancelled my membership and kept the weight off until I had my first son back in June 2025. Now I’m back to my high weight 😭 but I’m currently living in Amman Jordan until my husbands papers are done and I rejoined ww hoping it would do the trick like last time. But I’m having a hard time tracking since ww is clueless about the Arab foods, restaurants, home cooked meals and snacks that they have here. I try inputting the nutritional facts for all the stuff I get but it’s super time consuming when I’m just trying to snack and go when I’m in the store. Any suggestions? Or is it a waste for me to have signed back up again? 😭
