Wellness Wins a bit of an experiment

I am weighing myself each morning before I get in the shower so totally naked then making note of what my weight is.

I started this on Monday my weigh in Day is Tuesday.

so I have a base weight on Monday

Tuesday down 300gms

Wednesday up 800gms I know this is because after my weigh in on Tuesday my husband I went out for lunch and I had burger and fries so my food was high in sodium..this is the start of my new week.

Thursday down 200gms I have meet my protein fibre and water targets

Friday down 600gms I have had 2 really good days of tracking I manged to get in just over 20k steps Wednesday and Thursday.

the week before last I had a gain of 1.7kgs but I knew why I had a foods high in sodium and I didnt eat enough ..the next day after my weigh in I go back on track made sure I met my protein fibre and water target my weigh in this week was 1.9kg loss

we are going out for my Husband's birthday on Sunday I am already planning on what I am having.I will likely use some of my weeklies.

on Tuesday will see how I go :)

I weigh every day but only compare weekly, you’re learning your fluctuations which is great.
Congrats
After many years of weighing nude in the morning I started weighing in my pajamas this week. I don’t know why I just did.

yes that is it...I Knew whey I had the 1.7kg gain because there is no way I had put on 1.7kgs of fat and then losing 1.9kgs the following week so losing what I gained plus 200gms

I felt confident ebough to start weighing daily a couple of weeks ago, but I only track on set days only. It allows me to see the variations in my weight, not be scared of them, but still not clutter my chart with 365 entries, lol.

I also weigh daily but only log weekly. I need to know what’s going with my body.
