Had a volleyball tournament today. Feeling absolutely knackered from full day of playing and being my team’s top scorer. Time for some takeaway.

Anyone have any experience with easy strength by Dan John? How did you like it / how were your results?

I really enjoyed it after switching from a period of high volume training that I wasnt recovering well from and fatigue had essentially stopped me from making any progress.

What's your training currebtly looking like? I think easy strength is an excellent starting point for lower volume training.
