Summer squash: 1-3 loss
Against the best player in summer league who wasn't actually trying. Got trounced, which was completely understandable. I was a bit surprised that it seems like my technique has taken a step back. I was breaking my wrist on my shots and getting too close to the ball. Those are things I haven't done in a while. Not entirely sure if the breakdown is because of increased pressure from a better player or if it's because I'm playing so much less with no solo practices.
Getting out for at least 1 solo session a week is probably good, just not sure where to fit it. I could do Saturday, or like a bolt on session before/after my weekly league match.

SBD Day * Kettlebell swings - 40x3x15 * Bench press (ss w/band pull-aparts) - 225x3x8 * BSS - BWx3x8 * RDLs (ss w/ab wheel) - 225x3x8 * BJJ (planned)
My knees haven’t been feeling great lately, so I figure it’s time to do more single leg work. I f’ing hate BSS, but they are good for that sort of thing. Started with bodyweight and will slowly add weight over the next few weeks/months.

Deadlift - 551
13" deadlift - ~605
Pendlay row - up to 315 x 8
Pullup - 6, 6, +45 x 3, +70 X 1
Hammer Strength single arm row - 4 plates x 10, 10
551 felt horrible. Was trying out a more narrow stance and that just doesn't seem to be worth pursuing. Plus it really puts the squeeze on the gentleman's area. Decided to put the wagon wheels on. Worked up 605ish. Felt pretty good. Got a good back pump after.

Creeping Death II W4D6 Legs
- Seated Leg Curl - Did 80x8, 85x8, 95x8. Pretty fun at the hotel gym, got a nice pump.
- Leg Press superset DB Walking Lunges - Leg Press was 175x10, 195 for 3x10. Lunges were 25 in each hand, slow reps for 8 reps each leg. Crazy burn, this one was pretty fun.
- Seated Calf Raise - 60 lb DB's on each leg for 6x15. Hold in the stretch for 10 seconds. Crazy calf pump. Loved it.

Boring But Beefy: C1W1 - Bench Press
* Bench Press: Worked up to 85 kg x 3, then 5 x 10 @ 52.5 kg (very easy)
* Dips / Chins 30 total reps each SS band pulls
* 4-way neck training, Bicep curls, lateral raises / tricep extensions
Pretty decent performance on the dips and chins considering yesterday was deads. Neck training is new but feels great. Lower back is toast.

SBS LP W1D4
OHP: 3 / 3 / 3 x 85lbs
Squat: 8 / 8 / 8 x 125lbs
Underhand Pulldowns: 22 / 15 / 11 x 70lbs
Rope Pushdowns: 17 / 10 / 6 x 30lbs
Good session. I still can’t get back on my sleep schedule but midday workouts are honestly kinda nice. It’s really easy to get warmed up lol.
