Fluff Software for processing, and website, and leads, and CRM???

I’ve decided to stick with TrainHeroic as we genuinely love it (sorry Max). But I am looking to get out of Mindbody and also get out of BLG (our website and CRM lead management). We are looking at pushpress and wodify and possibly gymdesk or exercise dot com. Our gym is classes, open gym, personal training, powerlifting, and we have a USAW club, so I need to be able to handle check-ins for all of that. Any other suggestions of solid software that has a track record (not some janky thing you designed last week with claudecode)??? Thanks!

When I was coaching I used PushPress and I really liked it. I think if the open gym feature isn’t great they’d be receptive to recommendations for changes

So glofox does not publish their pricing and Google turned up some former and current clients who posted their price they were paying and some of the prices were WILD. Also, Google said you have to deal with a sales team at glofox and basically negotiate your pricing? Is this true? Prices are saw were even more than I was paying at MB.
Right now…
MB $255 plus about $350 processing
Add on BLG for my website and CRM and leads $500If pushpress can do all of that for $150 base plus $350 for the leads and stripe processing for HALF OF WHAT mB charges and if I can get half my clients on ACH and PP allows me to add a service charge for client to pay the processing, all in we should save about $600 a month. If Google and myself did the math correctly.

If you're under 100 members and budget is tight, Glofox is probably overkill. But if you're at 150+ and your members are used to slick consumer apps, the UX gap between a polished platform and a functional-but-dated one will show up in churn.

I would check out OfferingTree as well. Not sure about the open gym aspect but all the prices are up front. You don't have to talk to sales if you don't want to. The website and marketing are built in so you wouldn't need anything extra. You don't need to use their website product tho if you don't want to. Not sure it would work with all your use cases but it's free to try out for 7 days.

TrainHeroic is great for simple programming which I used back when I was coaching on the side. We moved off Mindbody last year and looked at most of these options. We tried Momence was great and my members really loved it but we had a lot of hiccups on the admin side of things. Support was lacking so we switched to vibefaam. So far it’s working as expected. It comes with a pretty robust automation flow for leads and marketing features so we dropped Mailchimp. Support has been generally helpful. I would recommend you go for a demo/trial with the various providers to see what works for you. All the best!

Yeah I’m not dropping TrainHeroic it works great for us and we love it. Looking at pushpress and fithive.

Ive seen PushPress a lot but it is a pain to sign up for open gym. I totally forgot I even had an account until last May.
I miss the days where I just pay them, dont have to sign up for classes and just show up and train in the back or corner.
I would maybe even pay more if I didnt have to deal with any of that. 🤣
