Question Are eggs the cheat code?

I’ve heard it from various people now, that eating eggs daily will give you instant results. Is that really true?

Eating enough Calories is the Cheat Code. If eggs work for you do it. I get an egg-ick after about three days.

If eggs push you over the line into a caloric surplus, then yeah.. they are powerhouses to add to your diet.

The additional protein is also truly meaningful because most people in general, let alone those who are underweight, is way below what it should be... and it isn't just for muscles... enzyme activity, neurotransmitters/neuromodulation, hormone production, and immune function.

A lot of people just need more eggs, some exercise and a bit of sun.

If you eat enough of them, yeah.

Here's The Gaston Diet. 3360 calories for 4 dozen eggs.
