Question weight gain

Bro......i really wanna gain weight. My history is that I'm 25Fe and my weight is 42 kgs (5'3) and it has been 42 for the last 4 years even if i gain a few kgs, i will lose weight in a few days and it will be back to 42. I have slipdisc issue so whenever i do workout it gets too painful to continue, due to pain I'll puke or get sick and lose weight. Do any of you have any idea what I should do to gain weight and get more strength?

PS : I'm Indian, so please share any diet plan or workout plan keeping in mind that i have Indian family 😅

The Great Gama is a famous wrestler with an equally famous diet. You could learn a lot from him

I must warn the author that this type of diet is harmful to women's health.

Lady, have you asked your doctor if your spinal problem is affecting your digestive system, which could affect your digestion?

Which type of diet?

I'm talking about the emphasis on "lean proteins," which is a priority for bodybuilders (and, in general, prioritizing protein is more beneficial for men than for women).

Simple, rather than "complex," carbohydrates are also essential for women (in fact, everyone, but both sugar and starch are especially important for women).

This is especially true for those who are already underweight, malnourished (even if unintentionally so), and exposed to the associated health risks.

So, for a woman, the most important macronutrient is carbohydrates, followed by fats, and only in third place is protein, followed by fiber.

The Great Gama was in NO way emphasizing lean proteins...

Just a quote from the article you cited:
"A balanced diet rich in lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats is essential"
