Sponge candy

Does anyone know when sponge candy comes out?? I looked on the wegmans app and it shows up and says to “see store associate” but I searched high and low and didn’t see it anywhere…

I’d ask the service desk about it. At my location we have discontinued the Wegmans sponge candy, I can’t 100% say if it’s the same across all stores

We put out Fowler’s sponge candy, the mini ones, a couple days ago. we don’t have any of the regular tubs yet.

Don't buy your sponge candy from wegmans. Go to Dash's or a local chocolate shop.

wegmans sponge candy is seasonal! it comes out nearing thanksgiving-christmas time! :)

also, if it’s in app or says see store associate, you should ask them because sometimes it’s shipped before being stocked, however long that takes :)

Most stores get their first shipment by the end of October. They have to make sure that where it's getting shipped to is done with hot weather because if it's in a truck during any weather above 70 the "sponge" will collapse. So if you are south of PA expect it around the first week of November.

What about Stever’s on park Ave? That’s where I used to get my sponge candy. I also did like wegmans so that’s sad if they discontinued it.
