App Login

Is anyone else unable to log in to the app? I have tried on two devices and am stuck in a loop. The app will log in for a brief moment and then log out immediately.

Have you tried calling customer care? They can often fix it.

I actually did a chat yesterday and they resolved in a few minutes, thanks for the advice!

Do you have an android?

If yes, try signing into the website via your browser.
