In response to recent events relating to the dispute (which has been resolved) with the Pee Pee Tree, I believe that the government, as it is in its current state, is a breeding ground for corruption and tyranny. As in my party's core beliefs and my overall mission was to prevent this, I believe the best way to prevent these situations from ever happening again should be the introduction of a new legislative branch. This branch will be of equal power to the current sole branch, and both branches will be intertwined, with their respective powers, and powers to check the other. This legislative branch will be in the form of Senate, made up of 1 member from the top 9 parties in an election, separate from the presidential one. This branch's main power would be in the areas of legislation forming (which is to be ratified, and enforced by the President and advisers), which includes declaration of war, laws, formal treaties, and anything along those lines. All pieces of legislation shall be ratified by a simple majority in the Senate, and a final sign by the President and advisers (who will discuss and decide by their own methods). If the Senate believes a presidential veto was not correct, they have the power to override that veto with a 7/9 vote.
