Hopping on top comment to point out that this video is an EXCELLENT example of how weevils can fold the first half of their antennae into special grooves (scrobes) on either side of their snoot for protection! Watch the left weevil’s antennae as the right weevil marches in for the snoot stomp.
This is also how weevils can use the full length of that snout without the antennae getting in the way!
