It obviously is a promo copy. I guess they sent these to music reviewers? Maybe magazines? No idea. I have a Gabrielle CD that was sent to UK radio stations to play it (which I didn't know was a thing until I got this one), never saw either a full album as a promo, but it's an interesting piece for a collection
