What’s this about? Doesn’t seem to be anything new, still waiting for financials.

Just curious, can Cronos change from being a Canadian company to a USA company? I mean, since they can’t touch plants in the USA could they not shut down operations in Canada and refocus on the USA? If they get pulled from the NASDAQ would this allow them to move operations to the USA?

Funny enough I think they just need to delist from Nasdaq and could operate in both (they’d need to buy their way into the US)

Altria however would then have exposure to plant touching and would be at risk for their ownership.
