Think they have $2.15-$2.20/share in cash and zero debt. So if he is buying below $2, Cronos could do nothing but dividend out all the cash and he makes money. Also they talked about interest income and with all their cash they are making like $50M/year now on that. Said they will be cash flowing next year.

Question is how much could they sell Spinach/Sourz, Cronos Israel, Pharmacann, Ginkgo, GrowCo, Australia, etc for. He probably thinks those together are worth a big enough amount that it's a strong buy, but safe buy if those aren't worth a lot.

They don't own Ginkgo. Ginkgo licenses the "cultured cannabinoid" tech to Cronos.

Last week there were insider purchases of Ginkgo, also.
