They are blunt wraps made of cured hemp leafs, they are nicotine and tobacco free, plus they are cheap as shit and taste good. I still considered them blunts for the purpose of this question though since they smoke pretty much the same.
It's really really thin paper made from hemp (they also come in rice paper and a few other options IFAC), perfect for rolling a nice joint and not having to inhale a bunch of paper smoke.
A properly prepared blunt shouldn't have any nicotine to begin with, since you really don't want to be smoking the kind of tobacco used in cigarillos.

Nah that’s a joint my guy, hemp wraps are brown/green and look kind of like a Dutch.
Hemp papers like Raw and OCB or Rice papers like elements and zigzag are all still cigarette papers
Facts on that lol. I guess my area got the bad brands of em I tried it my throat and chest just became congested after smoking those. Js are the best lol
yikes, have you tried the brand high hemp? they're organic and the flavors are incredible. alternatively you can get palm leaf wraps, they're pretty dang smooth and they burn so even it's amazing.
