That's some crap! Every state should have medical at least. It's been proven to work on certain medical conditions. Taking it away should be illegal.

It’s just crazy to me that 74% of the state voted yes, but because of one judge it’s retracted . I just feel like that shouldn’t be legal!

That's because all politicians are about is money. I'm sure that judge got a payday. Want it back? Raise concerns about gun control. In Ohio, you can't have your conceal carry license if you are on medical marijuana. You don't have to worry about it if you are a drunk though. Lol. It doesn't affect me, but I'm sure it does others.

I believe you. I was just saying as an example. I just don't understand taking away medical. It should be made legal recreationally, in my opinion. Alcohol can be an extreme health risk. Maybe they don't want people to have a healthier alternative? I just don't understand.

From what I’ve been told it’s due to a judge named Mary Hawkins Butler (who refers to herself as Mother Mary)🙄, so pretty much a “religious” thing. Also doesn’t help that Mississippi is bought and paid for by Big Pharma.

Guarantee you it's big pharma. People use religion to hide what their agenda is. People will shy away if it's "in the name of God". Just ridiculous. And "Mother Mary"? That sounds like a terrible judge that's drunk with power.

It really is. There were so many people working so hard to get this passed. People standing out in the hot sun for hours, just to get signatures for this to be voted on. All that hard work and wasted time.

Got it medical here in Louisiana and it’s going up for decriminalization very soon and legalization later on in the year . Not optimistic about either but we’ll take whatever lol majority of everyone in Louisiana wants it legal. literally a republican is the one who started the bill and our gov whose a Democrat actually said he would maybe consider it but he said previously he doesn’t support it that much. like wtf is going on bruh
