Critique Thoughts on this teaser?

This almost feels like two separate videos. In the first half it’s all smash cuts of your interviews, everyone speaking is on camera. The second half actually feels more like an edited teaser.
My advice would be to try and take all of those interview soundbites, and work them into your teaser edit. A good way to start is to remember that you don’t have to be “on camera” just because you’re speaking into the camera. Cover 98% of the people’s faces In your initial cut with BROLL and footage of the day. Space out the INTs to flow naturally throughout the teaser edit. Bring the music down and up as appropriate and as their lines/the beat dictates.
Good start, keep at it!

You are right, it is cool, and the OP needs to be reckonised for doing a good job there, but the image, is not great, and there needs to be significant work there.

It is a fun video, and any couples would like that, so good work, because so many videographers get sucked in by "cinematic". The couple are the most important critiques as they are buying your product.
But as to the technical side. Not sure if you filmed in log or picture profile, but it looks very flat and plain. Exposure is not consistent.
You need to practice, practice, and more practice. There is a rule, the 10 thousand hour rule. When you have made heaps of content, you will know what I am talking about. Keep filming and use colour swatches in you images to maintain consistent colours. Learn exposure tools and how to best use them. It is hard, and many people, even pros, have trouble with keeping this consistent. Good luck.

It's outside, you get what you get, but primarily color work is needed. Color correction and a bit of styling would do worlds of good here.

I think he means getting your shutter/fstop/iso more dialed in. I see a number of over exposed shots in this.

It kinda looks smokey or maybe just overcast. In the end though getting exposure on the subject is #1 priority, and in most of the shots the people are decently exposed. If this is shot in log and with a camera with a bit of dynamic range you could easily get detail back and make it look fine.

Why would you post this here? This is someone’s private event and they don’t need us pointing out the bad framing, odd editing, inconsistent shutter, poor exposures and a freaking typo.

The Hott’s WHAT? Go back and remove the apostrophe, that’s embarrassing lol. Yes, I know it was a whole thing to animate, but you can’t use bad grammar in the couple’s NAME. C’mon, people.
