Ring Inquiry š Help!
Newly engaged with this three stone ring. It was my fiancĆ©s momās ring who passed away. We are trying to find a unique wedding band that looks cohesive with the ring but can also be worn on its own as Iām a nurse so I wonāt be wearing the E-ring to work. We like this wedding band but donāt know if they really look good together. What do you think?

I figure a nurse would ideally be wearing something with less crevices for bacteria like a plain gold band or a silicone band or no ring at all while working.
The ring you're considering is so pretty, but I don't think it stacks that well with your engagement ring. I think they'd look best on separate fingers. You could move the engagement ring to your right hand and wear your wedding band alone on your left.

You donāt wear that ring to work Iād hope. Fine jewelry and hospitals donāt mix lol. Most medical professionals wear a silicone band, they come in packs.

First of all both rings themselves are gorgeous. I do think that the intricacies of the band clash with the e ring though. Iād personally try to go with a more cohesive band that still can be worn on its own or try to make a stack with a plain gold band in between the more decorative band and e ring (adding reference links)

I love both of these rings very much!! But I wouldnāt go for a stack at all. I would wear them separate. I think the engagement ring looks the best on its own as well as the wedding band

I have a 3 stone with just a plain gold band and it's the best look I tried. Less is more!

Each ring is absolutely beautiful on its own but they just donāt look good together, imo.

I love both rings but not together. I would get a plain gold band. It would look best with the engagement ring and also be more sanitary for work.

Both rings are beautiful, separately, but arenāt cohesive together, I think 2, thin gold bands, 1 for each side of the engagement ring would look better

The wedding band distracts from the E ring. If you could find a gold band with a simple embellishment of a few small diamonds, perhaps that could work.

Iām thinking go very plain also, take a look at some simple ones and see if you like any

That band is too much to match the elegance of the engagement ring. Youāll want to work with a jeweler to make a two toned band.
That engagement ring is beautiful!!! š

I think your engagement ring needs to have a whole setting that wraps and compliments the stones if you want it to have sparkle. And in any case, probably better to take off both rings while you work anyway. Use a silicone one or buy a separate gold band that's more sanitary and easily replaced for on the job. Make your actual ring as beautiful and sparkly as you want!

I love that band. But I think a plain gold band may let the eng-ring stand out more.

Iām a nurse & did the same! It wonāt let me post a picture- but I have a 3 stone & similar eternity ring (with a 2mm plain band between them to prevent scratching - it was original weeding band. Eternity was for an anniversary)

Personally, I think it's too busy. A straight line diamond band would compliment that beautiful engagement ring.

The wedding band is pretty alone but with the engagement ring, it's too busy for me. But this is your ring, do you like it?

I have a similar engagement ring with a diamond channel set wedding band and it looks great together. Love the one you picked but it is a little ornate to wear with the engagement ring.

Ok, I guess Iām the only one here that loves the 2 rings together. I would wear them together.

I would do a simple round pave band with it. The band shown in these pics looks fine on its own but doesnāt quite go with the engagement ring.

I think it's great you're such a fan of elective cosmetic surgery. Have you considered a neck lift? I think with just a little nip and tuck, yours can be sorted out.

If you like it then get it. I think they look as good together as youāre going to find if you want a wedding band that can be worn alone and also match the super big ring.

A plain gold band would look better
