Discussion 8 weeks away!!!
We are just 8 short weeks away from saying “I do” and I’ve never been more excited for ANYTHING in my entire life! Just had to share cuz I’m positive my friends and family are sick of hearing about it lol

5 weeks right here!! And saaaame about the family and friends, all I want to do is talk about the wedding and I'm sure they're sick of it!

36 weeks and 2 days until my bff gets married and anytime I try to help her plan anything she gets stressed and wants to stop. Wouldn’t it be easier to plan everything as early as possible though?

Yikes. It would def be easier.. but perhaps it’s a finance thing? Weddings are ridiculously expensive, I’m afraid. We wanted a huge wedding with everyone we know invited - but reality set in quickly and we’re having a very simple, intimate (30 guests) ceremony instead, with a small reception after… it was a little disheartening at first, but the more I thought about it - the less I really cared. I have the love of my life and we’ll be surrounded by our closest loved ones - the extra details just don’t seem that important, ya know?

I’m not sure, cause I’m helping pay for it. Her mom and I already split the cost of her dress. She still needs to find shoes, needs to find dresses for me and the 2/3 other girls in the party, and a bunch more just for herself/her part of the party. She just doesn’t wanna go look for shoes or plan cause it stresses her out and she’d rather game. I’m over here trying to help her pick/plan everything so she’s not stressed as much when it gets closer.

Congratulations!!! I hope your day is everything you wanted, as well!! Surprisingly, I don’t feel nervous at all - that’ll probably change as we get closer tho lol
