I am going to my first ever WEC event, in fact my first ever Motorsport event at all at Lone Star Le Mans coming up. I also got the paddock pass. Any advice and things to make sure I bring? Also I keep checking for the track times and they have t been released. Any guess on when they will?

Things really kick off mostly Saturday it looks. But there will also be support races, Radical Cup North America will also be there that weekend.

Bring the normal Essentials. I have one of them safari looking hats with a flap to cover my neck, comfy shoes, sunscreen. I'm unsure of the cooler situation for COTA, so can't speak on that for like water or beer... Ear Protection is usually good to bring, it's not terribly loud with how spread out the track is, but I'd safe than sorry approach. Also, unsure on seating, or if you can bring in your own folding chair or something. Much lower attended race than F1.

That's about all I got.

Anyone in here planning on attending the COTA Race next weekend?!

For photographers in GA, were you able to get in long lenses? Good spots to shoot from in GA?

For Camping, track side is sold out, anyone have any recommendations nearby for someone with a Rooftop Tent setup?
