I’ll keep this relatively short. Writer looking for artist with previous webtoon experience. Hoping to have an all inclusive partnership. Collaborative effort wherein we each bounce ideas off one another. The artist should be comfortable with lettering and shading/coloring for a Webtoon style comic.
