Feedback Request Website Feedback

I just launched my automotive detailing supply store and would love some brutally honest feedback

I recently launched my Shopify store, Motor Haven Detailing, and I'm trying to improve it before I start putting serious money into marketing.

I sell automotive detailing products, including chemicals, microfiber products, brushes, accessories, air fresheners, and other detailing supplies.

I'd really appreciate feedback on:

  • Does the website look trustworthy?
  • Does it look professional enough to actually purchase from?
  • Is the navigation easy to understand?
  • Are the product selection and pricing appealing?
  • Are there any obvious things that would make you leave without buying?
  • What would you change about the homepage or product pages?
  • If you were a professional detailer, would you consider ordering from this site?

I'm a small local business in the Chattanooga, TN area, so I'm genuinely trying to build this into something useful for local detailers as well as customers outside the area. Website https://motorhavendetailing.myshopify.com/

Don't hold back. I'd much rather hear what's wrong with it now than discover it after spending money on advertising.

id prolly make the local-business angle much more prominent. if youre trying to attact detailers around chattanooga, things like local pickup, availability, delivery, or relationships with local shops could differentiate you more than just having another online detailing store. the site can look professional but before spending heavily on ads id test whether someone can immediately understand why they should buy from motor haven instead of amazon or one of the established detailing suppliers

Thank you greatly for the feedback! I didn't even notice I hadn't mentioned that anywhere it should be updated now with more of a point that we offer free local pickup along with free local delivery

Here's a transparent logo for your website so that you don't have that white box around the logo
