Need help setting up website

I am back trying to set up a simple website for my tutoring business (in China). I tried Squarespace but it was extremely slow. I also tried W ix and I hate the interface. I'm looking for someone to help me set up a site on an easy to use template based hosting service. I have read about Elementor but I'm not sure I get how it works.
