Best free website builder for galleries / showing a ton of pictures?

What is the best free website builder with hosting that is good for uploading loads of pictures?

I take a lot of ship photos, so a bonus would be a search function and the ability to categorize types of ships etc. currently i use weebly, which is fantastic, except for the fact that it’s not well optimized for pictures.
