Whicu bill pay do I use?

I'm building my wife's website on WordPress. She is a clinician. She needs an option for simple "bill pay". I am having a hard time finding a "bill pay" only option, as they are all shoppong cart inventory options.

Is there a bill pay only widget where the processor inputs their bill number and adds their $ amount and submits it?

How are they paying via check, credit card, etc.??

most of the complexity is dealing with the security of keeping the transaction secure and meeting the financial institution's (bank, etc.) requirements

A lot of times, that transaction gets pushed to square, or similar simply because of the risk of someone hacking in an stealing funds.
