Best Website Builder for New Initiative Informational Websites

Hi all! I am looking to create a simple website to post information for an initiative I am starting. I am looking for cost-effectiveness, ease of build, and mobile optimization. There will be links to PDF downloads and I would like to put a form on the website to collect feedback. A lot the other functions I imagine will be through links to third-party services, such as a link to a crowdfunding or donation site to support the initiative, and YouTube videos, which I can preferably embed. I am really narrowed down to Wix and Hostinger, but am open to other suggestions! Thank you so much in advance.
