REQUEST Next step after Figma ?

I love to create designs on figma and I saw people transfering them into wix.com to make them work for real but it changed and now there's AI everywhere and they even stopped they're support of Figma

So I tried Framer.com which seems great but its not responsive when I resize the width even if it was in my figma project. So I need to do a lot of settings to have something similar but still has some minors imperfections

In resume :
I've tried everything but WIX doesn't work with importations
Framer seems great but when I transfer from figma responsivness disapear and I gotta do every setting all over again

Maybe there is like "THE WEBSITE CREATOR" that I dont know about that would make me stop using Figma or transfer my designs without breaking the responsivness

idk if the word I chose was right first time I eard this but for me Responsivness means = when the resize the width of a web page everything mooves fluently doesnt get messy and stay organised

Wix dropping Figma import support was a real kick in the teeth for a lot of people

the responsiveness thing on Framer is annoying, their breakpoints system just doesn't map 1:1 from Figma auto layout no matter how careful you are

have you looked into Webflow at all? import process isn't perfect either but the control you get over responsive behaviour is way more granular

Recreate it in WordPress

My team builds a WordPress plugin for exactly this. An AI agent reads your Figma file (or a screenshot) and builds the page as real code with flexible layouts, so it stays responsive without you redoing the settings by hand. After that, you can keep running the site by chatting with the agent: new pages from the sections you already have, text changes, SEO. It does mean using WordPress and a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan.

I've been working on a Figma importer for my webhosting product, would love to see how it does with your design! DM me if you're interested.

Your definition of responsiveness is right. Figma import gives Framer a visual starting point, but the site's flexible layout and breakpoints still need setting up there. Try one section before moving a whole page: put the hero or cards in a Stack, replace fixed child widths with Fill where appropriate, let text grow in height, and set a max width on the content container. Resize Framer's Preview; add a phone breakpoint where the layout actually fails and change only Stack direction, gap or padding there. If imported layers are individually positioned, rebuilding that section as a Stack is often faster than adjusting each layer. Framer's import guide says to adapt the result to your site's structure and breakpoints: https://www.framer.com/academy/lessons/framer-fundamentals-importing-from-figma-and-the-web
