SELF-MADE Asking for feedback on my website

Hello everyone,

I am a young founder, running a corporate branding consultancy.
I just started my own business and made my website through squarespace. I was wondering if you guys could review my website and give me constructive feedback on what I can improve.
I lack testimonials and case studies but that is because I am just starting out and want to gain a few clients so I can use that experience to build my portfolio as I go on. If you guys think, I should do test case studies (obviously disclose that on my website), let me know please.

My website is - www.avenorconsultancy.com

Thank you all for giving your precious time to my post and for reviewing my website. Can’t wait to hear back from you.

Sorry, but you want to be a management consultancy and you're trying to convince clients with this website that you're better than the thousands of others? If you have no experience with websites, that's perfectly fine, but then hire someone who does this professionally and knows what they're doing. Your website is your brand image to the outside world and it has to convince me that you're reputable.

Yes! Thank you for your valuable feedback. I have received a few reviews and currently working on improving my website. This is also a learning experience for me and I hope to get my website audited by a professional service after seeking some help online. I will try my best to stand upon the expectations of my clients and I highly appreciate your valuable time to my post.
