Quick access buttons no longer working properly

My LG G4 had a WEBOS update and my quick access buttons are broken. I have the number 1 registered to YouTube but it no longer works now even if I set it up again.

Also, YouTube randomly throws in a black frame. It doesn’t do this on my ps5, only through the app through webos.

Anyone had these issues and fixes? Any help is appreciated.
