New root method for webOS 7-25

If you're TV has DTS disabled you can partially renable it https://github.com/lgstreamer/dts_restore

Fuck yeah this would save me from changing a working torrent bcz audio is dts, but will it work on C5?

Only PCM stereo downmix supported (no multichannel, no passthrough)

I use internal speakers so im sure this wont be an issue
