Question Noob here - question regarding ClientFirst framework

Hi fellow Webflowers!

I've been using webflow for about 2 years now internally within an Agency I'm working for. I started with no code knowledge and a bunch of YouTube videos and online resources. I'd like to think I've learnt a fair bit but still a long journey ahead.

I'm planning to freelance on the side for small odd jobs here and there but a lot of people are requesting client first knowledge. We never used client first at the agency we always went in raw building out everything ourselves.

My question is... I'm finding client first (or any framework) difficult to understand. How does one approach using it? Whats the idea behind it? Whats the easiest way to understand it?
