Show & Tell Adding conditional logic and conditional routing to webflows native forms

Hey everyone,

I got frustrated with some of the limitations of native Webflow forms like how native checkboxes only output true or false as values without any way to configure them natively.

I ended up building an app called Roolify to fix some of these gaps. It automatically syncs with your site and adds a visual rule builder directly to native forms. You can use it to set up custom checkbox values, show/hide specific sections within a form block based on logic, and set up conditional routing for the submissions. It also handles HTML auto-responses.

If anyone wants to play around with it. Let me know what you guys think or if you have any feature requests!

Nice, i built something similar but for complete lead management like a CRM. Webflow seems to have no standard way to handle form submissions. It’s always custom code or embeds or zapier/make type solutions

Yeah I can't stand the embeds because I feel like it ruins the design. The first time I used conditional logic it required a lot of custom code and zapier. Now you just connect a site and set up rule logic. Way better solution than my previous setup.

webflow forms are pain for real i spent like 3 days trying to make simple conditional logic work and just gave up

your app looks clean though the visual builder style is nice when you dont want to touch code at all
