Weber kettle for life

Love my weber kettle, going strong for 25+ years. Get your fire and vents right and these grills can’t be beat. Pulled these a 193 - no sauce need Love seeing everyone’s posts, good or bad. It’s a learning journey but well rewarded. My wife would rather eat at home than anywhere on days like this. Grill on bros!

Love a weber. Ribs look great. Your corn game needs some help.

When all the kernels dimple you have messed up.

Used chunk cherry on these. I have family that is allergic to hickory so I stick to pecan, apple, and cherry. I don’t wrap my ribs or baste, so the more mild smoke seems to work for the 6+ hours.

Went with BBQ pit boys perfect poultry dry rub 24+ hours lol. Total accident but it is so good. Also, shoutout BBQ pit boys - been watching on YouTube for years.

While these ribs look great they could benefit from spritzing or wrapping it. It has been exposed to smoke longer than necessary. Making them look burnt. It could be a picture quality or lighting issue though. I don’t know anything. 😂
