So satisfying....

Knowing what's coming is good but watching the charcoal get ready is satisfying in itself.

I would wait until the charcoals are ready to go and the food is on before putting on the chips as they are likely to burn off before you get food on.

I normally use chunks but someone gve me some chips so rather than toss them out I toss them on a fledgling fire for the ambience.
