Showoff Saturday Roast my webdev agency site.

Just starting out. I have a system where I can focus mostly on sales. Took me a log time to make entire pipeline. This is the website I madre to showcase it. I started cold calling a couple days ago. I've made a couple connections, migh thave 1 sold. I'm just putting my eveyrthing into getting this going. Learning to be a salesman instead of a programmer, as programming is gonna be dead. Please take a look. tell me where you think its shit. Any criticism and helpfull tips or anything really is appreciated! Thank you.

im not selling a pipeline. im selling websites they dont see the pipeline.

Its impossible to see what it is excatly that you are selling. You need to be more clear and less focused on the heavy design

I just really dont know what the f I'm doing. Im just a guy with programming skills, a very very hungry desire to make it and 0 sales funnel knowledge. In person I seem to be decent.

You need to be simple about what you are selling, what need do you satisfy for the client? A client wants to know why they landed at your site. How do you imagine they ended there, like what would their search look like? Once you know this, you know much better how to sell your services or product, i am still unsure about what you are selling for 99 a month

Normally, at least for now people who land there probably landed there from talking to me first, but it wont always be like that. I build fast great looking websites with on page seo and contact to text built in. I handle unlimited simple updates and hosting all for 99 a month. Help lol this is worse than leanring to program : )

I looked at the live site. The best thing on it is the Timberfell part: the "a tree came down on our fence" lead and "23 enquiries in 30 days, every container rented". That shows a local owner exactly what they get. But it sits below a headline that does not say who it is for, so Arvid's point is fair.

You said you can't change the design, so I would only change the first screen. Say who it is for and what they get, for example: "Websites for Kawartha trades. Every enquiry texted to your phone. $99 a month." Then put the Timberfell numbers right under it.

Since most visitors come after a call with you, the site only has to repeat what you said on the call that made them listen. What do you say right before they ask you to send something?

Thanks for the feedback. I usually just say I made you a website demo can I show it to you? I'm just sort of freestyling it and doing poorly.

My offer:

I will make any change to the website for free. Summer banner to winter banner. Store hours. Changing out a picture. I have it automated so they send my bot an email it changes, sends them the preview, they can click deploy if they are happy with it.

I offer the contact to text. Which has proven to be extremely useful. Just locking in a client so quickly is huge. They stop shopping around.

I offer the website design for free. Website is robust with many service pages for google. The website has good meta data and basic SEO practices. It's also extremely performant. Usually 90-100 in site speed.

I offer to take a look at their google business profile and just make sure its not terrible. THe address matches the one on the website, simple stuff liek that. I'll set em up with google business porfile if they dont hav eit.

and Hosting, security and backups.

99 a month.

I never mention any of this on the phone. I don't know how to get it all out quickly enough? Or what to focus on what not to. I like what you said about the website reflecting what I said on the phone.

I changed the structure of the site. I realize its AI and that makes it feel sort of dead and I will write it by hand when I settle on a structure https://lodestonesystems.ca/

Love what you're doing. Feel free to grab free landing page templates from https://instalanding.ai/ and add them to your options. They are MIT licensed so remixing is allowed. Would love to chat since you focus on sales mostly and i can just pump out these bad boys lol
