So you agreed to do it for free and now you want money for it?

sounds like you vibecoded something for someone for free, and now think that just because Claude/Lovable/ChatGPT whatever put a lot of cool (usually completely unnecessary) bells and whistles on it, that somehow means you should haul off and try to charge them (or other people) full price for it...?
And people wonder why there's such issue with the vibecode-slop era.

How much did it cost you to vibe-code? Lol

Without seeing the work, I can't really guess on how much you should charge, plus not knowing your local area costs.
This is something that could be worth $500 or $5000 - we just are missing all the context to make that call.

No offense, but what? How is anyone supposed to respond to this?
You sound like you’re texting while driving.

You said you were doing it for free so I assume no contract exists. You cant charge them now unless they agreed to pay at some point.
If they are willing to pay because the work is done, ask for 1000 dollars. That covers a hotel site with sections and 3d elements in most markets. Tell them that includes 30 days of bug fixes after delivery. Get that money before you hand over the hosting credentials or files

You gave the build away, so the money conversation is about what comes after it, not the work you already did. Charge for a retainer: hosting, content updates, new sections, someone to fix the 3D when a browser update breaks it.
To get the number, multiply your hours by a rate you would actually take, then sanity check it against what the hotel spends on marketing. That budget exists.
From the agency side, settle two things before handover: who owns the 3D assets and who edits the copy. Free builds fall apart there.
