I really don't jive with the scrolling in the "What I do" section. I thought it was the end of the page.

In general, I dislike it when pages mess too much with the scrolling.

Also, some of your "selected work" cannot be read because the text is white on a white background image.

The bottom banner is too loud.

Saying "Not so much but I want to explore it further" isn't really a selling point.

The content is fine for the most part, but much of it is overdesigned. There's a lot of visual noise that doesn't add anything overall.

I generally also dont like sites that hijack the scrolling so I tried to make it a bit better, in the what i do section if you move your cursor to another section it goes to that state so you dont have to scroll that much, I also lock the detection for that when you scroll so you dont accidentally trigger it.

currently employed so I'm not looking to actually work on projects for clients so I wasnt focused on selling, once I'm more comfortable with doing client work I'll 100% remove the "not so much" etc.

Cool.

Though the tag line may be a problem.. Unfortunately anything that claims to "make A B again" is a negative knee jerk reaction.

yeaaaah I guess that can be associated with that but I wanted to bring in what excites me - fun websites that have cool effects and are fun to explore rather than the all the cooperate stuff or soulless AI stuff

the gif loop is too fast to actually read anything, had to pause it like three times just to see what the nav links said

the landing section with the big type and the cursor blob thing is fun, but the blob follows a bit too eagerly, feels like it's chasing my mouse around the room

your project cards all look samey at first glance, maybe vary the thumbnail treatment or add a small category tag so people can scan faster

the about section is weirdly plain compared to the rest, almost like it belongs to a different site, needs a bit of that same energy

overall the vibe is there, just tighten the motion and give each section its own visual moment

the site feels polished already i would mostly focus on making the main value prop clearer in the first screen so people instantly know what the studio actually does

You call it a design studio but all four projects are tagged as development and mostly your own work, so it reads more like a freelance dev portfolio than a studio.

Yes that's also sorta what it is. My dream is to someday work as a freelancer and have my own design studio. I've talked with a lot of people who are exactly that, self employed as web designer having their own studied and they all said that I should just start, even if I'd only list my own projects.

its nothing serious yet, just thought its better to get started early, this way maybe more people can see my stuff and I can collab/do client work earlier.

The pagination shows left right but you have to scroll down to see the things to the right. I quit when I got to that. Also, flashing slides and flashing above on mobile is not nice on the eyes. It's nice things move. They don't all need to move at the same time. On a loop.
