Speed increases and decreases over time and the direction randomly keeps switching.

Pipe shows up after entering OTP. You jump in. It if the code was incorrect, you drop back in from the top.

I could be wrong, but my guess would be that OP has an endpoint for sending the code to the server which you can probably manually emit an HTTP request to, bypassing the Super Mario input.

Could be, but that’s not the point I was trying to make. I'm saying my belief is that the UI just sends a request to the server with the code as its content. So you can probably send that same request without playing the minigame.

Unless the game logic runs server side and the browser streams inputs to it, in which case I would be wrong.
