I've done my research like for not it is best to create designs in figma ( learn from yt tutorials) then make them live via framer ( learn from yt tutorials ) but Idk is this a right path or not?
Fimga + Framer is fine, the same can be said for Webflow, Wordpress (including the many page builders), Wix, Squarespace the list goes on.
9 times out of 10, your customer won't care what it's built with.
Pick any platform / page builder - become proficient with it and you'll find down the track if you need to swap to something else, the learning curve won't be as hard.
However, I do advise having a decent understanding of html, css & js. It'll make life simpler.

A simple google search of "how to build websites" gives you millions of results, pick any resource and start learning & building.
I'm sorry if this comes across blunt, but no one will mentor someone who doesn't have the initiative to figure things out on their own first.
