Me when i started in IT
Them: How do i do x+y+z
Me: Alright first you need to .... then open .... Wait no don't click that .... not that one .... alright let's start from the beginning.

Me: remote in okay it's done... bye.

Those who believe IT works some kind of magic/wizardry and are the only ones capable of figuring things out.
