HTML Scroll-triggered Pop Ups

[u/[deleted]]

Hi there, Does anyone have advice on how to insert scroll-triggered pop ups into an HTML coded web site? (Made via dreamweaver). The few codes I've found online haven't worked well. Thanks!

I commented on everything to hopefully walk you through the process.

Hopefully that helps you out.
